Had a few good sales the with in the last few weeks. Very happy about that. I'm seeing that the vintage side of my business is surpassing the hand made jewelry. I'm not surprised because there are so many handmade jewelry shops out there and the competition is huge!
When I started the shop I wanted to see how the sales would influence what i would offer. I have learned a lot about what item I may think is a seller and what the customers are drawn to.

Sale!
My first sale with 20% off of all merchandise for Black Friday. I will run it until Dec 2 and maybe start another before Christmas. With the free shipping I think it ill be a pretty good deal.
I actually went out for Black Friday sales! All I can say it was interesting, but I did get what I went for :D.
Unlike other years where there is only 5 specially priced items, and the pushing and shoving starts this year was not to bad but I think next year I will stay in and buy more online.

Working with resin
I was excited today, I started working with resin a few weeks ago. I have been basically experimenting on how it works and I'm pretty much satisfied with the results that are coming out.
You have to be careful when mixing the parts because it has to be equal amounts of each liquid. I'm using Easycast so that's the way it works. I have seen another resin product that dose not mix the same so you really have to follow the directions.
